I am willing to register on your forums however many times you want with different usernames and email addresses and make posts at the following prices:
1 registration: $1
1 post: $0.25
Unfortunately I can only accept payments by paypal. This is a really cheap offer and I will make good posts, not just 2-word replies to other's posts.
