I need a background for my site http://m23fc.forumotion.com/forum.htm something not to dark not to bright also

It's not dark or bright.
It's basically just simple scan lines.

Glad you like it. Need help adding it? Just copy the link that I provided. Go to your Admin Panel. Go to Display>Pics Management>Advanced Then scroll down a little to Background Image and paste the link there.

Thanks mate i already knew that but i need some help with the whole thing me and my feinds are going to change evrything of the skin so we will need some help could u help us??

Why don't you change the theme to a lighter color, a color that would match the backgrounds... Then everything would match. I'm not really great at graphics.
